PROJECT 1: INSTRUCTABLE INFOGRAPHIC POSTER

Project 1: Instructible Infographic Poster
We're going to choose a recipe from Pasta Grannies to create an infographic poster. We had to study a video that broke down and divided the preparation and cooking process into an instructible poster.

Require:
Practical-photo editing/illustration software
Graphs, charts and graphs
Poster size: 1240×1750 pixels or 2048×2048 pixels

I chose

lamb chops/ chopped onions/half a clove of garlic/ a little salt.
Half a catty of flour/5 eggs/a glass of white wine/a celery stalk/a carrot/green pepper /a bunch of parsley /basil/

1. Make la chitarra with lamb sauce
2. Start making the lamb sauce: 1. Put a few pieces of lamb chops into the pot. 2. Add chopped onions, half a clove of garlic and a little salt. 3. Cover the meat and continue cooking.
3. Half a catty of flour: use 500 grams and make a cross on the flour.
4. Add some salt, make a hole and sprinkle with salt.
5. Break five eggs, beat, stir, and gradually incorporate them into the flour piano.
6. Smooth and fairly sturdy for use in Katara.
7. Check the lamb and pour a glass of white wine to deglaze.
8. Pour some passata over the lamb.
9. Add a celery stalk, a carrot, green pepper and a bunch of parsley and basil.
10. Use a rolling pin to flatten it. Cut the dough in half to make it easier to roll. Roll out to about three millimeters thick.
11. Slice the pasta into equal width slices along its length and cut in half.
12. Place the rectangle of pasta on the guitar and use a rolling pin to press the pasta over the wire.
13. Ribbons form and fall under foreign objects.
14. Do yourself a favor and turn down the heat of the sauce or you might burn it.
730g (half)
15. Place the square pasta shreds into the boiling salted water
16. Spoon some sauce into a bowl.
17. Check and add some salt.

Visual References

I searched for some posters with clearer structures for reference.
BACKGROUND
I used special effects to modify a background image to look like noodles.

Digitization

At the beginning, I chose a simpler format and color, using pink and beige to form a simpler poster image.

I thought about three formats, and I finally chose the brighter red and yellow because it is the colors of pasta in Italian culture have always been represented by red and yellow.
